I adore my job. Photographing families, capturing milestones at my gorgeous studio in North Ferriby East Yorkshire near Hull. Being able to give my clients lasting memories of a fleeting time is so rewarding. I know that they travel from miles away to have me photograph their babies, when I see their contact information and know some live in North Lincolnshire, North Yorkshire I know the level of trust they are putting in me, not just by allowing me to hold and pose their baby, but, they have come so far for my work! When a client picks up their lovingly crafted bespoke wall art, and I know that, the beautiful heirloom piece will hang on their walls for years, it makes me proud that I could be part of creating those memories.
When clients comment on my business page and they have changed their profile picture to an image I shot, it makes me smile to know that they adore their photos and share them far and wide. But what really makes me happy, what helps me know I'm doing things right is when they take time out of their busy, baby brain filled, hazy newborn days. When they put down that cold coffee that they meant to drink hours ago, and use those precious moments of peace when their beautiful baby has eventually gone to sleep and take the time to write me a review. It means so much to me.

"I’m so glad I found Leonie she’s been amazing her communication from the beginning and booking has been fantastic, we chose colours and themes before hand so when we arrived on the day for our newborn shoot everything was already pretty much sorted.
Leonie has an amazing touch with our baby she was so careful and loving he was so relaxed and content with her, as was I to sit back and watch.

We had a wonderful experience with Leonie for our newborn shoot. Her childcare experience came in really handy when my son was unsettled, and we ended up with some fantastic shots. She listened to my ideas and allowed me to choose and play around with materials in the studio until we got exactly what I wanted, and included some breastfeeding shots which were really important to me and which I will cherish.
The studio is a gorgeous space and Leonie has taken great care choosing materials and props that allow for a great range of setups. She took lots of time with us to get the shots we wanted and I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable at all; something that’s really important when you’ve just had a baby! I really enjoyed chatting away with Leonie and watching her make my baby look beautiful (not that he didn’t already!)
It was great to find a local photographer and support a local business, even better that Leonie turned out to be really good at what she does. Looking forward to going back for baby #3 (as soon as I can persuade my husband 😁)

If you’re looking for newborn/sibling photos, Leonie is your go to. I cannot recommend Leonie enough. After not pre planning and Leonie fitting us in at the very last minute, she went above and beyond our expectations! She was so welcoming from start to finish. She made the whole experience really comfortable and was so good with both of our boys throughout the shoots. The photos where again beyond our expectations! She captured some beautiful moments and even managed to capture a shot of our newborn smiling! I am so excited to receive our photos and wall art. Leonie was absolutely amazing with my little daughter Harper, Harper was so happy throughout the photoshoot and it was clear Leonie knew exactly how to look after her whilst taking the photos. It was also however lovely to see that Leonie cared just as much that Harper was happy and comfortable ☺️ The selection of props and clothes is wonderful, there is such a variety but Leonie always asked for my preference ensuring the shoot was personal and exactly how we wanted it.
